Too Many Dogs

Why so many dogs?  That is the question I keep asking myself everytime we find all these crowded dogs in hutches so neglected, so hungry, so dead.  There’s no logic for so many when you can’t care for them properly.  I urge dog owners to start asking themselves - When is it too many dogs?

Labor Day
